Faultpool Heating & Air is a referral service. We help homeowners in Everett and the Everett area connect with independent local providers for heating and cooling problems. That is the whole job. We do not send trucks, and we do not do repairs or installs.
A broken air conditioner can feel confusing. The noises, the warm air and the quotes all arrive at once. Picture trying to read a map in the rain. You can do it, but it is easier when someone first explains the roads.
That is the idea here. We explain the problem in plain words, then point you toward a provider who can look at your system.
You tell us what is going on. It might be weak cooling, a unit that will not start, or an older system you are thinking about replacing. Based on the type of work and your area, we connect you with a provider in our network who handles that kind of job.
Provider availability varies. Many providers can respond quickly, but the timing is up to them. Request a callback to check provider availability.
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
The provider you hire is responsible for their own work, licensing and insurance. Ask to see these details before you agree to anything.
We do not perform repairs, installations or maintenance. We do not set prices, and we do not make promises about what a provider will find. We also do not decide whether your insurance policy will pay for a claim. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy and ask your provider to help document the problem.
Providers may pay Faultpool Heating & Air when we connect them with a homeowner. You are not charged by Faultpool Heating & Air for the introduction, and requesting an estimate carries no obligation. Any price for the actual work is agreed between you and the provider.
A repair is only half the story. Once the work is done, small habits keep a system healthy through a damp season and a warm one. These include clean filters, clear space around the outdoor unit, and a yearly check before summer. Many providers can explain what fits your home.
If your system is struggling, or you are wondering whether it is time for a new one, start with a simple request. Explain, then act.
