We want every homeowner who reaches Faultpool Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You may contact us about any of these:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please keep in mind that Faultpool Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@faultpool.garden and include the following:
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
