Faultpool Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have a heating or cooling problem with independent providers in Everett and the Everett area. If you run your own contracting business and want more homeowner calls, this page is for you.

Think of it like a spare key to a busy street. We help homeowners find the door. You decide whether to open it.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees, and joining the network does not make you part of Faultpool Heating & Air. You stay an independent business with your own name, schedule and prices.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for providers who work on AC repair, AC installation and replacement, and general heating and cooling service. You may be a small shop or a growing company. What matters is how you treat homeowners.

Providers who fit well tend to:

• Serve homes in our region, from older craftsman houses to newer townhomes
• Understand damp crawl spaces, moss, and the wear from a long wet season
• Explain problems in plain, calm language
• Respond to homeowners in a timely way

What We Expect

Homeowners trust the introduction, so we ask for a few basics:

• Valid licensing and insurance where your state requires them
• Written quotes before larger work
• Honest advice on repair versus replacement
• Respect for the homeowner's time and property
• Clear follow-up, including simple upkeep tips after the job

You are responsible for your own work, your own crews and your own warranties. Faultpool Heating & Air does not do the work and does not promise outcomes for any job.
